Drummaking with Zoe Allison

By making drums in a traditional way, we bring into physical form sacred beings. As we open ourselves to the teachings from our drums, we receive healing and transformation. Working with the drum we are able to reach the place before and beyond words, the place of oneness.

All supplies to make your drum are included in the price of your drum. Bring your some food to share for lunch.

Open to men and women. Please specify which drum you want to create so we have the appropriate hide amounts:

13" cowhide - $135.00

15" cowhide - $165.00

Bring healthy, nutritional food to share for lunch - keep it simple.

Bring flexible gloves to protect but not inhibit your hands; pencil; colored pencils; jackknife, pocketknife or boxcutter; towel; big plastic bag; floor pillows; sharp scissors.

Zoe Allison is an Artist, Scholar, Science of Mind Ordained Minister and M.E.L. Healer and Certified Hypnotherapist. She is co-founder of Earth Green Medicine Lodge, a center for creating healthy spiritual-based mindful lives, located in the Western North Carolina mountains. Zoe has led classes and workshops privately and at colleges and universities for over 30 years and has traveled extensively throughout Mexico, Peru, Bolivia and Argentina visiting many of the sacred sites, working with the people and creating sacred ceremonies.
