Much of what Zoe teaches is found within the Mayan calendar. She seeks to find the mystical and the sacredness in all life, A worthy path is to connect with the divine beings and take the chance to be changed by them. People can learn to accept the divinity in ones’ own life and the pursuit of happiness.

Zoe encourages people to connect with the aspects of themselves as are taught by the part of them that is their own Warrior, Healer, Artist, Visionary. These aspects help all people in their earth walk. As I am a Mayan Day Keeper; I use the Mayan Calendar and the sequence of the days. People who use of the Mayan Hieroglyphs, move people out of the trap of materialism and it’s disconnection to the world of nature and the natural world of dreaming. I teach how to dreaming your life awake.

There is a simplicity of being earth bound at this time so that the ordinary man/women can see beyond their self limitations and move into a space that allows seeing beyond separation. All things in the natural world in all realms are related. Finding one’s relationship with these realms can be made easier with the paintings that Zoe has created. The use of calendars and the painted card deck can assist with finding the balance in one’s own nature, and the multiple use of realms.

Zoe Allison-Rockingbear is an Artist, Teacher, Healer, Mystic, Visionary, and Warrior. Her work explores the mysteries and magic of the dynamic human relationship with Nature and the marriage of Celestial and Terrestrial energies. She incorporates the symbols and teachings of ancient cultures.

A Mayan Scholar and Day Keeper, Zoe incorporates the use of the sacred calendar and count of days. And with Don Perez Oxlaj Alejandro Cirilo; considered The Maximum Authority on the calendar Zoe is the author of The Mayan Record Keeper, the Sacred Tzolkin Almanac Of the Days of Prophecy; and The Mayan Wave Tracker. She is an ordained minister, Certified Hypnotherapist, Master of S.H.Y. Spiritual Human Yoga Healer and teacher, as well as a retired Assistant Professor of Art, having taught classes privately and at colleges and universities for 31 years.

Zoe lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina where she leads ceremonies and circles and works as a spiritual and Shamanic counselor. She is co-founder with Will Rockingbear of Earth Green Medicine Lodge, a sanctuary created from her vision of providing a place for spiritual community, healing, empowerment and transformation.
